How to operate the electronic balance scale?

Issuing time:2019/6/11 13:55:28

1. The balance should be placed on a stable, fixed workbench. When placing it, observe the level. If the blisters are offset, adjust the leveling feet so that the blisters are at the center of the level.

2. Do not use sharp objects (such as pencils, ballpoint pens), only with the finger press.

3. Be careful not to let the object fall from the height on the weighing pan, and gently handle it to avoid damage to the weighing mechanism.

Use environment

1. The workbench should be kept away from doors and windows, which can reduce the influence of airflow caused by opening the window; it should be placed in places with less vibration interference; the balance should be kept away from magnetic objects or other magnetic fields.

2. Since the balance uses high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensors and microcomputer processing technology, do not expose it to an environment with radioactive or corrosive substances, causing damage to the balance.

3. The studio should be kept clean and dry; the balance should not be used in high humidity or high dust environments for a long time; at the same time, the balance should be placed in a place that avoids direct sunlight and away from heat generators and other temperature changes.

4. Do not use the balance in areas with explosive hazards;

5. The ambient temperature used by the balance is 20 degrees Celsius ¡À 5 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 50-60% RH. When the ambient temperature and humidity change, if you need to use the balance, please use the balance after 2 hours without plugging in the power at room temperature.

maintenance:

1. The electronic balance is an electromechanical intelligent measuring instrument, please take it seriously and maintain it carefully. The balance may not be dismantled or repaired or commissioned to cause damage to the balance.

2. After the balance is used, cover it with a cover to prevent dust from entering.

3. Regularly clean and unplug the power supply before cleaning.

4. When cleaning, be careful not to let water drip into the balance.

5. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents (such as solvents) for cleaning. Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water and then apply some neutral detergent (soap) for cleaning. After cleaning, please dry the balance carefully with a dry, lint-free cloth.
